Pricing is based on the actual square footage scanned in your property. We use your estimated square footage and zip code to approximate your scan cost and to charge a 50% deposit. In the event the AVI 3D HomeScan determines the square footage is different than what was used in the scan order process, the difference will be either credited or added to your final payment amount. Once your final payment is made, your 3D scan will be available in your account.

Item appraisals are optional and can be purchased at any time after your completed scan for $75 per item. If you wish to update an existing AVI 3D HomeScan appraisal in the future, the fee in place at that time will be charged.

The price quoted includes two (2) years of free secure storage of your completed scan with unlimited access to view and tag items for appraisal. After 2 years, there will be an annual fee of $75 to continue storing your scan. You will be contacted for payment at the email you use to set up your account. In the event you elect not to pay for storage, the scan will be deleted from our secure storage location. If your scan has been deleted, the cost to re-scan your property will be charged at the square footage fee currently in place.
